Individual & Family Counseling


Individual and Family Therapy is a collaborative process between therapists and clients. When receiving individual counseling, one can become inspired to change or improve their quality of life. Often one may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. 

At Holistic Behavioral Health, we focus on treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, substance abuse/addiction, grief and loss, family stressors, life skills training, parent-child relationship concerns, and current life stressors responsible for changes within the client's functioning resulting in a DSM-5 diagnosis.

Therapy can help individuals overcome obstacles that may hinder them from meeting their goals. Holistic Behavioral Health works to help clients increase in gaining positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem and one can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and ultimately reaching their goals.




Couples Counseling


Couples Counseling is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. Couples Counseling is helpful at any stage of your relationship regardless of the timeline within the relationship. Receiving couples counseling can bring partners closer together by deepening healthier communication that can foster positive conflict resolution skills. We also strive to help couples learn to have compassion for their partner and themselves, learn ways of constructively managing their own negative feelings, and rekindle the feelings that originally attracted you to one another.
